Throughout the post World War II world agricultural development process, such as the United States, Japan, Thailand,all through the industrialization of agriculture, elongated development of agricultural industry chain, improve the economic efficiency of agriculture, promote the scale management and agricultural surplus labor transfer, strengthen the agricultural stimulating effect on the national economy.The eighteen Party’s proposed goal of building a moderately prosperous society. To achieve this grand goal, the difficulty lies in the construction of well-off society in rural areas, the key of the construction of well-off society in rural is to increase the income of the farmers, only to increase farmers’ income, we can achieve a well-off society in an all-round way,promote social harmony and stability and the protection of national food security. How to increase the income of peasants is currently exploring all levels of government to seriously address the problem actively. Farmers’ income is not only the farmer itself, is also related to the overall situation of building a moderately prosperous society.Jingyu county is in the comprehensive natural zoning Chinese in the East Asian monsoon climate, cold temperate humid climate in eastern mountain area of northeast China. Jingyu County in the East Asian monsoon climate zone and northeast mountain cold temperate moist climate region, the formation of cold and humid, rainfall, frost- free period is short, light moderate climate characteristics. Over the years, Jingyu County Government has been the work of poverty alleviation and development as the top priority, adhere to the economic growth of rural areas, increasing the income of the farmers as the center, the full implementation of the agriculture, benefit farmers, rich peasants policy, innovation in the mode of growth in agriculture, accelerate socialist new rural construction, rural residents in the comprehensive income growth, poverty is to accelerate the pace, Jilin Province to improve the demonstration of the income of the farmers typical. By analyzing the current situation of farmers’ income in JingyuCounty, find out the factors that inhibit the growth of farmers’ income, put forward some suggestions to increase the income of farmers in Jingyu county.In this thesis,with the related concepts and basic theory, first through a large amount of data analysis on the current situation of JingyuCounty farmers’ income from the income level of farmers, income structure, income gap between urban and rural areas. Then by natural factors, technical factors, scale factors, market factors, policy factors and farmers factors that influence Jingyu County farmer income carries on the qualitative analysis and finally put forward countermeasures to improve the Jingyu County farmer income, hope to provide experience and referencetofarmer’ income of other regions of Jilin province.
