Research On The Problem Of Farmers’ Income Increasing Of Xing Fu Township, Nan Guan District, Changchun

The problem of how to increase farmers’ income has always been the concerns of the partyand the country. The Eighteenth National Congress came forward the idea to strive to promotefarmers’ income and keep it increasing rapidly and continuously. It’s necessary to implementthe instructions carried out by The Eighteenth National Congress under the new situation ofeconomic and social development and various new problems’ appearance. Besides, doingresearch on farmers’ income increasing in urban and rural integration，keeping society steadyand harmonious and promoting the quality of farmers’ life and well-being are also quitenecessary. Research of this paper is precisely under this consideration. Take Xing fu Township,an area under Chang chun’s jurisdiction, as empirical research object, through in-depthinvestigation and statistical analysis, based on the survey of basic information and data in detail,the elements which influenced farmers’ income increasing have been analyzed from three pointsof view: the famers themselves, the Nan guan District and government of Xing fu Township.The research has fully concerned the current policy and the economic developing circumstancesof Changchun, Jilin province and Nan guan District to suggest targeted countermeasures. It alsowishes to provide certain theoretical support for farmers’ income increasing in Xing fuTownship by researching about the ways and methods to increase their income.The full text is divided into six parts: the first part, introduction, analyses the researchbackground, research status domestic and abroad, research contents, methods and research route;the second part introduces the related theory of farmers’ income; the third part expounds thebasic characteristics and the status quo and problems existing of farmers’ income in Xing fuTownship; the fourth part analyses the favorable factors and unfavorable factors influencingsystematically on farmers’ income in Xing fu Township; the fifth part mainly analyses themethods and advices on farmers’ income increasing in Xing fu Township; the sixth part isconclusion and discussion.
