With the appearance of environmental regulations of governments around the world and the increase of consumer environmental awareness, the companies in the supply chains must consider the impact on the environment and produce more friendly and green products. The implementation of green innovation can help the companies to decrease the environmental impact in the process of operations and enhance competitive advantages. When we consider the green supply chain enterprises with green innovation, integrated use of economics, game theory and operations research in the theory and method to study the pricing and innovative operational decisions and design effective contract to coordinate the supply chain, as green supply chain Enterprises operating practices to provide theoretical support. The main contents are as follows:Firstly, based on the supply chain enterprise green innovation and consumer preference for green innovation of products, this article established a manufacturer and a retailer of green supply chain model, decentralized decision-making to solve the supply chain under asymmetric information and centralized decision-making mode equalizer the results, compared to the equilibrium price at different decision-making model of green supply chain, green innovation level, profits, combined with case inverter air conditioner green supply chain sensitivity analysis conducted to analyze the effect of changes in green innovation factor and cost factor of equilibrium Impact.
