Research On H Project Intellectual Property Management Of China Academy Of Vehicle Technology

Based on problems existing in the intellectual property management of the aerospace industry of our country as the guidance, combining with the project cycle theory,project management theory and actual s ituation of H project of China academy of vehicle technology, this article discusses the whole process management of intellectual property management which is adapted to the aerospace research project mode in order to compensate for the lack of intellectual property management during the aerospace project management.This article analyzes the characteristics of some typical foreign companies’ intellectual property management, the status of domestic military enterprises’ intellectual property management and their development requirements of intellectual property management. This article takes China Academy Of Vehicle Technology and its H project as an example, and analyzes different stages of the project management process and intellectual property rights management in different stages of its project management and its effect. It also researches on the results of current intellectual property management and the disadvantages, and puts forward proposals for the intellectual property management in different stages of H project to build a perfect whole-process of intellectual property management pattern for H project.This article uses the methods of literature research, inductive analysis and comparative study, the combination of theoretical analysis and practic al analysis to analyze the present situation of H project management and the problems of intellectual property rights management in different stages of H project in details from multiple views. It analyzes the knowledge system of the space of one H project management, summarized and concluded, explore to solve project management body of knowledge in the space of one H the concrete problems in project management, so as to adapt to the development of the aviation model development project management requirements, hope for space model development project management has the reference value, to improve the space model to develop the efficiency of the key link of the aerospace industry and aerospace enterprise competitive ability to have a positive impact. At the same time, this research in view of the aerospace model research project management, intellectual property management problems in trying to intellectual property management into the space model in project management, discusses and space model is appropriate to the project management process of intellectual property management mode. Offset in the aerospace model research project management in order to realize the shortcomings of existing intellectual property management, perfecting the invention protection and management process, improve the position intellectual property protection of intellectual property rights timeliness, enhance the dynamic management of intellectual property rights, for the space model of project management that exist in the developmen t of intellectual property management to provide theoretical basis and practical basis. Expectations for other similar intellectual property management of aerospace enterprise implementation of project management has reference value, to promote aerospace enterprises in our country’s international competitiveness and gain a competitive advantage has the certain positive role.This paper has carried on the positive exploration to the aerospace application of project management mode, so it can play a reference role for current aerospace changing from system engineering management to project management mode.
