A Research On Evaluation Method Of Building Contractor Green Construction Capacity

Construction industry, as one of the largest concentration of resource consumption currently, consumes large amounts of resources and energy in the whole life cycle, causes a serious threat to the environment. Green Construction which promotes low-carbon environmental protection has came into being. For green building, Construction phase is a key part to achieve green concept. According to China’s current tender system, the main construction phase is successful contractor, and its green construction capacity determines the effect of energy conservation and implementation in the construction phase. China’s development of green construction is not very long. In the choice of contractor problems we usually follow the original contractor selection solutions and ignore the evaluation of its green construct ion capacity. It creates that the green building actual effect is difficult to fully reflect. Therefore, we build a relatively complete contractor evaluation system, which can not only reflect the general ability of the contractor, but also highlight its green construction capacity. Selecting green construction contractors with excellent ability through scientific and effective manner is the protection to implement green building.This papers’ object of study is green construction capacity of building contractor. Firstly, this paper introduced the development status of green construction in our country, and the main research method used in this paper the Extension Theory and Rough Set Theory and other related basics; Based on this we analysis indicators of traditional contractors evaluation, combined with relevant codes and standards of green building, green construction competitive measure as a starting point, we proposed a two-stage process: prequalification and construction capability assessment. And it determined the construction contractor green construction evaluation index system. In the process of establishing evaluation index system, through the way of expert interviews,on the basis of the preliminary design of the index,it establish a final assessment indexes based on expert opinion; It used the advantage of the Extension Theory to make the qualitative indicators quantitative, and used the Rough Set Theory which based on objective data to attribute reduction and calculate weight. Finally it built an evaluation model, and made case studies to demonstrate the effectiveness of this model, and provided decision making to contractor selection under the green concept.
