Research On The Co-opetition Mechanism Of Technology Innovation Between Cnpc And Sinopec Group

In recent years, oil companies of China have come to realize the technological innovations for their own development and the importance of energy security, and gradually increased its investment in technological innovation, has made remarkable achievements. CNPC and Sinopec,as largest onshore oil company in China, have established a complete system of technological innovation, but they are separate services technology innovation system of the enterprise, very little between the two exchanges, the lack of cooperation and competition, making the technology innovation underpowered. So how to strengthen cooperation between technical innovation, to avoid repetitive research, improve innovation efficiency, complementary advantages to become a serious problem.In this paper, CNPC and Sinopec companies competing in the process of technological innovation mechanism for the study, analysis of the two competing technological innovation game relationship, building technology innovation competing mechanisms to achieve technological strengths, reduce the cost of technological innovation. Firstly, the main contents of competing theories, technological innovation theory and game theory, technology innovation for the two companies to provide a theoretical basis for competing; secondly, to study the status of the two companies and the issue of technological innovation, but with the strength of the foreign oil companies compared to the level of technology and technological innovation capability still exists a big gap, similar to both technological innovation system, considerable research capability, but different emphases technical advantages, derived in the oil and petrochemical technological innovation and the need for the presence of possible competing; then, using evolutionary game theory, CNPC and Sinopec to build technological innovation competing game mechanism, both come to realize the cost of competing with the cooperation of technological innovation, technological level and distribution of income related to the conclusions and competing based on game theory to construct CNPC and Sinopec technological innovation competing mechanisms, including competing operating mechanism, risk-sharing mechanisms and benefit distribution mechanisms; Finally, from the corporate level and the government level recommendations put forward measures to promote both competing technological innovation, technological innovation and competition in order to protect mechanisms to achieve together.
