The Type Of Collaborative Innovation Achievements And Its Impact On Business Model Design

Since the new century, technology innovation has become an essential power of the enhancement of enterprise value. In 2011, our country put forward "2011 plan" collaborative innovation center, which contains four types---the frontiers of science, cultural inheritance, industry and regional development. Technological innovation itself, however, does not represent the natural accept to new technology and an automatic forming of new market. The ratio of successful commercialization of scientific and technological achievements in our country is far lower than in the European and American, the essential reason is the uncertainty caused by technology risk and market risk and the vague process of technology commercialization. At this point, business model is a bridge connecting technology and market.The purpose of this paper is to build a bridge between collaborative innovation achievements and market, designing business model "recipe" for technological achievements with different attributes and providing a blueprint for technology commercialization. The research object of this article is collaborative innovation technological achievements geared to the needs of industry and regional development and the research tools is the business model in creative phase of---the blueprint business model.Based on the theories of collaborative innovation and scientific and technological achievements, the technical attribute and the stage before project commercialization was used as two influence factors, building a two-dimensional classification model of collaborative innovation technological achievements, which divided achievements into five types. Further, on the basis of the technical classification, using blueprint business model as research tool, the influences on the business model design caused by different types of technology was discussed, judging whether the commercialization would be successful under the existing application condition. Finally, based on the business model design framework, different business models for different technologies from the field of individual health collaborative innovation were designed, providing optimal technology commercialization solutions.
