The China Internet Conference held in Beijing on August 14,2013.The theme of it was China Big Data Development Forum 2013. On the Forum, the prospects for big data presentation have become a consensus, as the Internet in 2000, search engine in 2006. In 2013, China’s online travel booking market size of 218.12 billion yuan. The figure was up 27.7 percent over last year. Issued by the State Council on August 21,2014, "the guidance on the promotion of tourism industry reform and development", has pushed forward a greater development of China’s tourism. It marked China’s tourism industry has entered a new stage of rapid development. The expansion of firm size of Tourism e-commerce site has brought great challenge for the human resource development and management. And big data technology has a lot of advantages in human resources management, tourism e-commerce sites use big data technology in human resource management, is imperative.With the big data era’s coming, traditional human resource management modes are broken. Now the study of human resources on the big data era currently is still in the initial stage of research, no special study of the human resource management department on Tourism e-commerce sites. This article, with literature survey and practical investigation, investigated problems and change of human resource management in the tourist site. And then this paper has also analyzed the development status of human resource management development of the Tourism e-commerce sites on big data era and some issues requiring urgent and enterprise developing need analysis, proposed the related counter-measure.Three parts are there in this paper:Part one, I.e. chapter one, chapter two and chapter Three, makes clear purpose of this paper by analyzing the research background and research current situation. And then through the analysis of the basic theory defined the concept of of the human resource management department on Tourism e-commerce ’sites and the status quo analysis, the article further discussed the necessity of using big data in human resources management of Tourism e-commerce sites.Part two, I.e. chapter four, chapter five and chapter six. This part analyzes the tourism e-commerce site index of data in human resource management on big data era and the application of it to Tourism e-commerce sites, and then proposed the related countermeasure.Part three, I.e. chapter seven. This part carries on the summary regarding entire, Prospects for future research from how to further combined with big data in the future and the department of game problems in the application process of large data, etc.
