Human resources management plays the core role in the process of business management. The function of human resource management is to help companies to complete goals. From the perspective of strategic management, human resources in the enterprise is a kind of sustainable wealth, which is the core competitiveness of the key factors. If companies want to ensure that their core competitiveness, we must rely on internal personnel. About human resource management, there is a kind of argument "Human resources management is the lubricant of the normal operation of the enterprise." It shows the importance of human resource management in the enterprise management.In the world, a vigorous revolution is on the rise. This revolution is about the "big data." This is a huge scientific and technological revolution. This revolution is changing the world, changing the way people learn, lifestyle, and the most important thing is to change people’s way of thinking. If people’s thinking changes, activities of production and living way will change. In business management, big data brings several benefits, Similarly, a number of problems that hinder the use of large enterprise data process also appeared in the enterprise management process. If a company can not take advantage of big data in this revolution, then the company will be far behind, unable to seek a place in the scientific and technological revolution.Dezhou XX Group Co., Ltd. was founded in 1994 and is located in south-central Hebei and Shandong Bohai Economic C ircle the most dynamic economic region in Northern China’s with convenient transportation. This article explores several problems in human resources management which appears large data era from the perspective of business management in the process of human resources management. Particularly, online recruitment process was improved.With Dezhou XX Group Co., Ltd. as the research object, through questionnaires and visited a number of enterprises, then this article analyzed the problems and give a summary. Finally, it proposes several suggestions to solve the problems.
