The Research On The SM Company’s Quality Management In Production Process

As a garment trading company own a manufactory, product quality and work quality are the assurance of stabilizing and developing customers. SM’s manufactory own many advanced machines and workers, and the garment making process is mature, there are lots of successful experience on how to improve the production quality and work quality, meanwhile, it takes more quality cost because of some backward management skills. And, based on the quality and delivery date, the production process is very difficult to control on production quality and making speed because of many workers and working procedures, at the same time, the production process can be saved lots of time and make out high quality garments with better management skill, it conduces directly that company will be the first choice to the customer.Based on the existing quality management theory and tools, researched on SM company’s production and working quality, used PDCA tool to improve production quality, used histogram to census the garment quality problems and then using causality diagram to analyze the reasons of problems, split the production process and then optimize the all working procedure contain the management of relevant persons, files and machines; researched the management of production quality based on "one piece flow" patterns, proposed the management process by researching the significance of "one piece flow" patterns on garment quality.
