The Research Of China Post Lean Logistics System

China post group corporation as a large state-owned enterprise, in the early 1980 s, has been involved in the logistics industry. However, with the rapid development of e-commerce market, the national logistics service market competition is increasingly fierce, motion, such as "cross" private logistics enterprise are eating into China post the original market share, international logistics giant DHL, TNT, FEDEX, intensify the Chinese market in succession, cosco group, China railway logistics and other large state-owned logistics enterprises are gradually expanding the market share. How has many problems, the core competitiveness is low, facing a serious challenge to regain dominance of the logistics industry, China post has become a priority in front of postal enterprises.This article first to the domestic and international logistics management, supply chain management, the research status of lean logistics theory, thought characteristic and the basic requirements are studied. Then, the evaluation on the current situation of China post logistics network, and put forward the main problems of current postal enterprises in the operation of the network, such as unreasonable organization structure design, job site management is not perfect, the customer service process, information technology support does not reach the designated position, etc. Then, on the basis of the theory of lean logistics, this paper puts forward China post lean logistics implementation plan, including lean logistics promotion plan, organization structure optimization, "6 s" on-site management to implement, lean design, lean information system to improve customer service. Finally, postal enterprises to carry out the implementation of the lean logistics effect evaluation, the conclusion: "lean logistics" management activities, would be for China post logistics business development to provide strong support.By introducing lean production ideas, supply chain management, logistics management theory, this paper studies the logistics market in a competitive environment, the development direction of China post logistics business, apply theory to practice, trying to build up the operable and practical, and accords with the practice of China’s postal enterprises lean logistics system, and carries on the preliminary assessment of the effects of the lean transformation, strive to make after transforming the lean logistics system become one of the core competitiveness of China post.
