Mobile Internet has fundamentally subvert the industry structure and business model of retail, newspapers, film, music, post office and bookstore and other traditional industries,completely changed the life of Internet users, on the one hand is reflected in people’s idea,mode of thinking and lifestyle changes; on the other hand, through these changes derived from the business model and service in new ways. So the traditional business of mobile Internet, also will be the future development trend of the enterprise, the insurance as the financial sector is the highest level of the market, the most competitive industry also suffered this change can hardly be avoided. How the mobile Internet a new channel for insurance service innovation and design of marketing strategy, will become the domestic insurance companies facing market competition and business challenges.The people’s Insurance Auto Insurance IOS client design and development process based on the theory of service design, mobile Internet products, in-depth analysis;according to the results of theoretical study, comprehensive and clear shows how to start from the service perspective, focusing on users to build mobile phone application in product design process. And through the mobile Internet user experience level analysis,combined with the characteristics of their own advantages of mobile Internet and insurance products, explore user needs and product positioning based on mobile Internet; and a mobile Internet insurance service innovation strategy, and finally through the actual case to introduce the practical process and the final outcome.And the characteristics of the innovation of this paper lies in: first, from the point of view of service design point of view, by the research methods of literature study, case analysis and so on, mobile phone application depth on the market mainstream mining, find itsrepresentative nature of the service function, and then through the competitive analysis,function point to build a mobile phone application in automobile insurance products around the owner user requirements design. Secondly, analysis, changes in the demand for mobile Internet users pointed out that the mobile Internet mobile phone application products designed by the trend of transition function to the service, and the consequent widespreadcommercial value in China. Finally, put forward to user demand driven construction of automobile insurance mobile phone application service mode, and the motor vehicle insurance services like product design principles, processes, methods, and strategies and tools used in the design of the related services are studied, the key factors to further discussion of intelligent mobile phone users, product design the human-computer interaction interface, etc..This paper is a reflection on the traditional auto insurance development and marketing service mode, but also on the mobile Internet auto insurance service design model of innovation to explore and try again. Finally, in order to PICC auto insurance IOS client project as an example, combining theory with practice, to provide a good reference for the practice of service design of traditional industry of mobile Internet products.
