After reviewing the past year, organizations have started to seek chances to combination with Internet, in order to better adapt to the rapid development environment, such as ―Internet + Industry‖, ―Internet + finance‖ and so on. It is important for organizations to make right policy and implement change depend on the rapid development environment. Based on the existing researches, researchers analyze the effect of changes from the macro and systematic perspectives. However, though there are many researchers analyzing organization change, the problem of high fail rate of organizations is still exist and unsolved. In the study, we try to analyze how collective psychological capital influence change supportive behavior, and what roles do perceived organizational support and openness to changes play.Based on this, we try to do the research base on analyze employees in south China as research object. We use literature analysis method, interview method and questionnaire method to do the research to analyze the internal mechanism between collective psychological capital and change supportive behavior. In the study, there are three parts:(1)to analyze the relationship among collective psychological capital, change supportive behavior, perceived organizational support and openness to changes.(2) To analyze whether openness to changes plays intermediary role between collective psychological capital and change supportive behavior.(3)To analyze whether perceived organizational support plays moderating effect between collective psychological capital and change supportive behavior.Based on the empirical research, we can get the three conclusions:(1) There is significant positive influence between collective psychological capital and change supportive behavior and openness to changes;(2) There is significant positive influence between collective change supportive behavior and openness to changes;(3) Openness to changes plays intermediary role between collective psychological capital and change supportive behavior.(4) Perceived organizational support plays moderating effect between collective psychological capital and openness to changes.Through the research, we hope to build the relationship model among collective psychological capital and change supportive behavior, in order to clarify the intrinsic mechanism among collective psychological capital and change supportive behavior. Therefore we can reveal how to utilize collective psychological capital and organizational support to enhance staff change supportive behavior, in order to provide more theoretical contributions.
