The National economy status becomes more important along with international status of Chinese automotive industry rapidly raised. China’s car production and sales for the whole year up to 20 million and maintains steady growth. The range and development of automotive components industry have been promoted substantially benefit by the healthy and rapid development of vehicle industry. The huge market share not only bring unprecedented opportunity but also face arduous challenge for automotive companies in China. The international and domestic investors looks into automotive components manuf acturing for getting the market. The competition of automotive components supplier become more and more fierce. Meanwhile, the car manufacturers also under pressure constantly to improve the performance of the car and actively to reduce costs. In this case, the automotive component suppliers put into more resources to improve the project management skills for satisfaction of customer high level requirement on cost, quality, time efficiency and enhance their competitiveness.The theory knowledge of automotive components project management system is studied and The project organization structures are summarized in this thesis. It is find out several problems during the new product development and implement in TT electronics Suzhou Co., ltd. Such as project team structure problem, project resource allocation conflict, project management implement process control issue. To be find solutions, provide a constructive proposal for improve the product development project management level in TT electronics company.This thesis propose Establish a project management office is responsible for the project of the integration of knowledge, strengthen the supervision of project implementation process, strengthen and improve the project management process, improve the project team in the ability to create and share knowledge in the process of project implementation. Following, meanwhile, clear project manager responsibility system, scientific selection of project manager. Provides a theoretical solution to project resource allocation problems, this scheme can ensure that at the beginning of the project to choose more reasonable portfolio of projects, the allocation of resources get reasonable arrangement in project phase. In the end, management office is responsible for monitoring and managing all project and project activities to meet the different customer requirements for i maximizing the interests of the company.Company make full guarantee on the management support, project management culture cultivation, human resources support.
