With the rapid development analog electronics technique and digital electrical technique,as these technique matures gradually,all the electronics suppliers provide integrated programs including components,chip,module and integrated system,with great practicability and applicability,they offered a stable platform for many product research and development company.Nowadays,in the electronics consumption sector,with a increasing competition,it is a great challenge to use the matured and stable platform to make new products,to launch new products to dominate the market.However,there are many factors that related to the success or not of products,and these factors actually are the risk factors and challenges that affect process of projects.Firstly,limited time for research,and rapid replacement;Secondly,The company was founded briefly and small scale,whether there is enough technical records on the platform for products research and development;thirdly,it requires multiple progress to confirm the ideas of secondary development of existing technique and launching new products;last but not the least,reliability of the supply chain is uncertain.Project schedule management is management activity after the goal and range of projects are settled down,it includes planning of project schedule and controlling the project schedule.Here we will analyze the challenges that company H encounters in the research progress of product of smart projector,and by using company H as a example,we discuss how to make project schedule planning and analyze the factors that impacts the project progress to make solution to problems.Based on the theory,such as a guide to the project management body of knowledge and so on,effective and applicable schedule management is made to avoid and reduce the risk and to improve the success rate of products research and development for H company.H company research and develop smart television,connected audio and smart projector.Here we give out all deficiency of H company and make a optimized solution for the schedule management with detail operation and methods.It includes the following items: the existing problem in the project schedule management;analyzing of the definition of life cycle,milestone and activity;dividing the project into activities based on work breakdown structure;connecting activities in logic and optimizing arrangement;using project software to make,analyze and optimize the project schedule network;analyzing and controlling the factors in the progress,based on the optimized project schedule management.By putting this method into application,theory is bonded to practice.It is effective in the products research and development in small and medium-scale H company,which controls time and ensures the product quality.So it has great practical significance and guidance value to keep competitive power in versatile electronics consumption sector.
