In 2015,when delivering the government work report, Li Keqiang—Premier of the State Council said, China will develop the “Internet Plus” action plan It is the first time to emphasize the importance of the integration of the internet and traditional industries from the national policy level. The real estate, after 10 years of “golden age”, also suffered the transformation pain, the same as the other traditional industries. The real estate is one of the pillar industries of China’s economy, at the same time, there is no doubt about the internet plus will have a profound effect on China’s economy. As a result, the combination of the internet and the real estate becomes a top priority of China’s traditional industry transition. The real estate has many specific characteristics, such as the location fixity, heterogenicity, complexity of transaction process, massive and de-normalized, so traditional E-commerce model like B2 B,B2C,C2 C is unsuitable for the transformation of Internet plus the real estate. O2 O model is solving step by step many of the inherent problems of traditional, such as lower efficiency, high cost and opacity.This paper, with theoretical analysis and case study method, focus on L company “real estate plus Internet” business system based on Business Process Reengineering and O2 O business theory.The main study was shown as follows:the first part is an overview of the relevant theory, mainly describing the current research status of Business Process Reengineering and the key of the O2 O business model and the development of domestic O2 O model of the new real estate; the second part is the current situation analysis, mainly describing L company’s O2 O business system status and existing problems; the third part is the optimization scheme, mainly describing the optimization ideas and specific optimization solutions based on the theoretical research and practical conclusion;the fourth part is the effect analysis and supplement,mainly from the data level to prove and put forward the deficiencies of the optimization program.It is the first time to put forward the new real estate business model the improve the whole process of closed-loop solution,from the valus of the O2 O business model, starting from the actual business of L company. The paper not only improves Leju’s business model and enhances its competitiveness, but also has a certain reference to the internet plus transformation of the whole real estate industry.
