Because of long distance pipeline engineering project construction investment amount is huge, huge scale, the whole project and its oil companies and even the whole nation the focus of the project, it will have a significant impact on economic growth. As the country is becoming more and more attention about the construction of long-distance pipeline project, the project quality management method in long distance pipeline fully the application in the engineering project construction. Therefore, with oil pipeline construction project quality management as a subject to study, have important practical significance.In this paper, Ala shan kou-du shan zi oil pipeline project as an example, based on the characteristics of the whole project, combined with the project quality management research status at home and abroad, based on the relevant theoretical basis of project quality management at the same time, and ISO9001:2000 quality management system framework, on the whole project conducted a systematic review.Through the study of this article to improve the level of project quality management of oil and gas transmission pipeline has the practical significance, for similar pipeline construction project quality management also has the reference value.
