Reconstruction Of CP Group’s Investment Project Evaluation System

The scientific evaluation and analysis of investment projects is the premise of the scientific decision-making of project investment, and is the important part of project management and the key to improve the project benefit.In view of the shortage of the current investment project evaluation system of CP Group, the author of this paper analyzed the characters of CP Group’s investment project and project evaluation, and combined the research results on the evaluation of investment projects of domestic and foreign scholars with advises from all Committee members and some senior experts, and then reconstruct the scientific and practical project comprehensive evaluation system which be suit for CP group.The new project evaluation system includes evaluation process, indexes system,methods and evaluation results criteria. The evaluation process include five steps which are the compliance review, strategic position evaluation, investment benefit evaluation, investment risk evaluation and comprehensive evaluation. The author constructs the multi-level, the qualitative and the quantitative evaluation index system,which includes the investment strategy, the investment benefit index and the investment risk index. The new comprehensive evaluation mode is based on Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP), Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation(FCE) and Risk Matrix Method(RMM). The final project evaluation results are obtained with the judgment criteria matrix, which based on three dimensions of strategic position, investment benefit and investment risk. Finally, the new evaluation system is applied to the actual case study. In the case study, compared with the old and new project evaluation system, it proves that the new evaluation system has the characteristics of scientific and feasible, reasonable and effective, easy to operate. The new evaluation system provides a new way of thinking and method for the quantitative, standardized and scientific evaluation of the investment projects of CP group.This paper is an experience summary and theory application. It is practical significance for the further research on the investment projects evaluation and is a guidebook for other Enterprise Groups to evaluate the investment projects.
