Study On The Mcompany’s Intelligent Supply Chain

With the rapid development in recent years, IT technology has been fully integrated into the life of the Chinese people and the majority of enterprises in China. Nowadays,with the rapid development of the economy, enterprises are facing the expanding competition scale. Enterprise wants to get the logistics cost reduced further. The logistics services are requested to treat logistics questions on the higher level, to shift their service from the specific transportation management coordination, supply chain management service to the whole logistics supply chain integration and supply chain solutions provided.This paper mainly analyzes the management of the M enterprise’s supply chain,clarifying the problems existing in the supply chain. Using modern IT technology will help M enterprise improve its ability of supply chain management, which including helping them to improve supply chain visibility, corresponding speed and traceability.Using modern IT technology will help M enterprise control its logistics cost, human cost as well as time cost, in order to improve its competitive power, obtaining the great competitive advantage in the globalization.First, this paper combined the theory of supply chain management with the risk management, and compared the advantages and disadvantages of the supply chain,analyzed the current state and questions of M enterprise from the aspects of cost management, visibility of supply chain and risk management. And this paper provided detailed analyses on the cost management. What’s more, this paper also considered the aspects of visibility, tractability, alert and risk management and interaction with customers.Second, based on the current state and questions of M enterprise, this paper proposed what an intellectual supply chain system the M enterprise should construct, and the information about the board of the intellectual supply chain. Take Jingdong, HP company and Media Group for example, this paper advice M enterprise to obtain inventory automatic counting system, composition of supply chain system, exploiting GPS, GIS system, and cloudy computation to alleviate the disadvantages of M enterprise.Finally, carrying out of intellectual supply chain. Based on the practical steps of the intellectual supply chains, this paper gave more detailed and explicit measures on how toimprove the supply chain management from the aspects of more intellectual cost management, more intellectual visibility, constructing tractable supply chain, intellectual alerting and decision-making system, Internet plus system.
