As part of human resource management, Training Management has become an important topic in the business administration. It has been regarded as an essential part of work to “achieve efficiency from management & benefit from operating”, and also treated as the bridge to connect personal aims with organization goals together. At the age of Knowledge Economy, training is a part of enterprise employee’s daily work. Indeed, better training not only brings a priority to employee in the workplace competition, but also make a core advantage for enterprise in the market competition. The result of training plays an important role at an enterprise’s market competition strength. To every entrepreneur, good training will help his enterprise win at market competition, and be like a lighthouse lead the enterprise to a brighter future. Thus, it is important for enterprise to explore tentative solutions to those training management questions under the advanced guiding ideology and enterprise’s actual demand.This essay introduces relative theories about training, especially the statement of basic procedure, categories, functions, concept of training. It also contains introduce of “training & development”, “centralized training”, “learning type organization”, “16 adults learning theories”, “experiential learning circle” and so on. China D insurance company(Chongqing Branch) is the research object of this essay. By analyzing China D insurance company(Chongqing Branch)’s current situation, this essay finds out several training problems including insufficient support, backward concept, crude method, lack of assessment, hard to transfer training into gaining and so on. To solve these problems, this essay also propose 6 solutions to them to guide company’s future development.
