X Enterprise Technology Innovation Pattern Research

As the rapid development of science technology and increasing market competition, innovation is more and more becoming core driving force within enterprise development field. It is clearly stated by the Chinese government that we should improve self-innovation ability and set up innovative country, after that, innovative enterprise development is spread rapidly within the whole country, which is not only the requirement to set up innovation country, but also the internal requirement for enterprise to improve their selves’ core competition. The key characteristic of innovative enterprise lies in continual innovation.This article is based on our domestic enterprise self-dependent innovation and innovative enterprise experience, on the basis of predecessors’ theory on enterprise continual innovation and self-dependent innovation theory, mainly focus on the self-independent innovation discussion of basic pattern choices and make analysis on X enterprise current state as well as its innovation pattern. To be specific, mainly include as below:Firstly, according to predecessors’ opinion about innovative enterprise, set up the ideas, which points out the essence is to realize enterprise continual innovation, while technology continual innovation is the major contents within innovation process, institutional and administrative continual innovation guarantee the technology innovation.Secondly, according to economic development theory: taking innovation ideas as foundation, make discussion on self-dependent innovation ideas. Currently, our self-dependent innovation mainly surrounds with enterprise technology innovation activity, hence we discuss the different basic patterns according to different enterprise technology sources, including: original innovation, integrated innovation and imitative innovation. Then we discuss about the development paths about different basic patterns of self-dependent innovation, so as to propose basic principles and assessment criterion of self-independent innovation pattern choices.Thirdly, by applying previous theories, we select X enterprise as object of study, make analysis on current state, and analyze the typical project-- “Nuts Clouds”, thereby know the current technology innovation ability of X enterprise, and propose implement suggestions to improve X enterprise technology innovation ability. Finally, we analyze X enterprise self-dependent innovation pattern from the overall angle, enterprise innovation can’t be done without macro policy support, hence firstly we analyze how the macro policy support influence enterprise innovation; then propose implement suggestions on X enterprise technology innovative pattern according to X enterprise practical situation.
