Evaluation And Countermeasure Research Of GZ Science And Technology Project Management

Weakness of indigenous innovation is becoming the shackle of sustainable development. The goal of the indigenous innovation program is to accelerate China’s move up the technology ladder. Science and technology planning project, as the important carrier of scientific and technological innovation activities, which plays an important role in promotion of the scientific progress and social development. The efficiency of S&T Project Management plays an important role in project commitment, service agency and so on. So we look to the future, it is imperative to constitute science and technology plan project management system. Especially under the background of economical and financial globalization in the twenty-first century. Therefore, we should to create a good international innovation environment, at the same time, must be more active to improve the management level of science and technology. These S&T of city managers need to think about all kinds of innovation resources, such as how to attract talents and so on.How to build a more scientific and reasonable evaluation index will solve this problem. There are so many experts and scholars research it, some comparison theory, some more macro, less of combination with the actual situation, and the research angles are different, the conclusions are different also. In order to get a more realistic conclusion, this article is mainly from the community of science and technology, and add science and technology in the index system. In addition to the model assessment, this article also adopts the method of actual visit, researches the related work of science and technology. Start from the basis of the combination, find out the GZ problems existing in the management of science and technology, and targeted countermeasures and Suggestions are put forward.Based on the sufficient study on the previous research results, this paper studies the problems existing in the management of science and technology from the perspective of community of science and technology, which studies by the means of the literature analytic method, the social investigation method, the comparative analysis, the analytic hierarchy process and the means of theory analysis and demonstration research. Then the corresponding countermeasures has put forward to provide the reference for the related personnel.
