Excel application in the field of enterprise management science, the scope is very broad and play an enormous role in the calculation, such as linear programming, integer programming and goal programming problem, transportation problem, assignment problem, network optimization problem, the shortest path problem, the problem of maximum flow, inventory management, project management, forecasting, and other operations research problems. By use of Excel to establish model and solve the model, through reasonable analysis and computation, eventually provide reasonable decision support for managers of enterprises. Logistics operational research of the predecessor is a branch of management science. Logistics system optimization is based on the scientific management of logistics operations research method optimization scheme is put forward, through the planning and control each link of logistics system, the ability to realize the goal of improving logistics process. Therefore, how to optimize the enterprise logistics system, reduce logistics cost, has become a modern enterprise research topic. This paper studies the regional logistics center system optimization from G pump company in China as the background of facing the internal and external factors. Establish an effective logistics supply chain, not only is the enterprise profit source, but also one of the main product differentiation condition of a pump supplier.The early stage of the writing, reading a large number of domestic and foreign related, scientific and advanced management methods of literature. Through the analysis and research questions, collect and organize the related data, put forward the optimization scheme, calculation method, it is concluded that the optimal operation scheme, evaluation scheme to solve the problem as the basic train of thought, with G pump company as an example, based on distribution logistics network theory, from the enterprise sales forecast, facility location, the number of facilities design, transportation, and based on business process diagrams, combined with the characteristics of the enterprise itself and the cost of logistics supply chain perspective, using the combination of qualitative and quantitative method, the main methods include statistical analysis, operations research and mathematical model, and introduces in detail the modern science of computer software and by using Excel software "planning" and "Solver" function to assist to solve the linear programming model of the specific steps, reduce logistics costs, improve margins and logistics services at the same time, in order to optimize the enterprise logistics system in the center of the China’s regional logistics network system of the building, comprehensive solution G pump company faces, distribution logistics transportation network optimization, and cost, carrier management, efficiency, damage and loss, customer satisfaction and other logistics issues.
