As an advanced systematic performance management tool, BSC(balanced score card) has been fully and widely used in the world’s major companies and universities for 20 years, from proposing the concept to its improvement and development. It is guided by strategy to measure the overall enterprise performance and improve the level of enterprise performance management to achieve strategic objectives, through those scientific indicators in four dimensions: finance, customer, internal process, learning and growth。This dissertation takes QT company as the research target to explore how to apply Balanced Score Card into the performance appraisal of QT company, in order to improve the company’s performance management level and to make some innovation. The author refers to the research outcome and research methods of the application of Balanced Score Card in performance management at home and abroad, and then mainly introduces the constitution of the strategic performance management system of Balanced Score Card, as well as the utilization of its strategic map instrument. Based on the further investigation on QT company, aiming at the current problems of the performance appraisal system of the company, the author makes a sufficient demonstration of its feasibility and inevitably in applying the Balanced Score Card into QT company’s performance management.This author makes a thorough introduction about the course of how to construct the performance management system based on Balanced Score Card in QT company, and makes use of its strategic map instruments to facilitate the Balanced Score Card based on its four terms ranging from finance, customer, internal operations, learning and growth.This dissertation bases on the current situation of the performance management system of QT company, to try to probe into finding an appropriate performance management system for home appliance industry, and improve the company’s performance management level to tackle the market changes and fierce competition in the hope of enabling the company to upgrade and to strengthen its internal development momentum.
