Study On Modern Logistics Of Tobacco

China products and consumes the most of tobacco, so the tobacco industry is the important part of the national ecnomy.But the tobacco industry faces a great chanllge of tobacco control, intanational competition and so on in recent years. Modern logistics is the third profit source of enterprises. Modern logistics is the important support to establish the leadership position and realize competitive advantages. Studying on construction of tobacco modern logistics system, has a strong practical significance to mining new profit growth point and controling market to enhance the core competitiveness of tobacco enterprises.Firstly, based on the careful combing of logistics concept, the modern logistics theory and the enterprise strategic theory, the reaserch analyses the internal and external environment and issues of GZ Tobacco Company. Secondly, the research defines the problems of strategy, infrastructure construction, operation and management of GZ Tobacco Company, and “Enterprise Strategy, Capital Construction, Optimize Operation and Management Systems”(S-COM) as the four plans of building the modern logistics distribution system of tobacco. Thirdly, by using analytic hierarchy process(AHP), the reaserch builds a modern logistics evaluation system, and evaluates the effect of GZ on tobacco modern logistics construction.In this reaserch, it provide the strategy for the development in logistics in future ten years of GZ tobacco, and hope that give the general method for the construction of modern logistics in the national tobacco industry.
