With the continuous warming of tourism,the characteristic tourism town becomes a new hot spot3.Correspondingly,some problems emerge in the process of its development,such as the general sense of experience of tourists in the journey,and low interactivity and initiative.The theme of tourism projects is not strong,the lack of stories.Since this century,emerging “gaming” design thought4,revealing the narrative,fun,interactive,rich characteristics of driving force,brought innovative ideas to each domain,this paper discusses how to game design applied to tourism characteristic town of experience design,tries to improve the existing tourism projects play experience.In this paper,the theoretical model of gamification design in the application of tourism experience is derived by combining theoretical research,case study analysis and program practice,through the analysis of gamification design theory,the octagonal behavior analysis framework and relevant case analysis.On this basis,taking hangzhou huangcheng town of southern song dynasty as an example,the gamification mechanism model proposed in this paper is applied and verified.First of all,through quantitative and qualitative research methods,the user demand is analyzed,and then combined with the above theory,the specific application concept of gamification design of small town tourism is proposed.By exploring the application of gamification design method in tourism,this paper helps to solve the problem of poor experience of tourists in the process of tourism,and also helps to enhance the theme narrative in tourism projects.In practice,gamification thinking is used to create the cultural narrative environment of the southern song dynasty,enhance the thematic and story-telling experience in tourism projects,and put forward the online and offline tour experience mode based on the gamification driving force mechanism to effectively promote the participation of tourists.Through research,this paper proposes that the application of gamification design in tourism experience should be based on the octagonal behavior framework,establish the gamification mechanism based on the theme story,establish user roles and interactive rules,and create an online and offline interactive game environment,so as to enrich the sense of participation and gain in tourism experience.
