Study On Evaluation On The Innovation Ability Of Innovative Enterprises In Qinghai Province

In innovation-driven, the development of innovative enterprises receives more attentions. As the subject of innovation in the enterprise, its ability to innovate is the key factors of enhancing market competitiveness and achieving sustainable development. With the development of innovative enterprises in Qinghai province,originally formulated evaluation standard index system of innovative enterprises have been unable to fully evaluate its innovation ability and explore problems of innovative enterprises in Qinghai Province in the innovation process. Therefore, it is necessary to construct the evaluation index system which is suitable for the development of innovative enterprises in Qinghai province and measure innovative enterprises innovation capability in order to promote the improvement of their ability to innovate and adapt to the new normal economic development.Based on the analysis of the status of domestic and foreign research and innovative enterprises in Qinghai, this paper constructed the evaluation index system of innovative enterprises innovation ability covering 18 indicators respectively from four aspects of innovation investment, innovation process, innovation output and innovation environment. On this basis, used analytic hierarchy process and entropy value method to determine the index weight, and used grey correlation analysis method to evaluate innovative enterprises innovation ability. The evaluation results indicate innovative enterprises innovation capability of Qinghai province is still relatively low. Innovative Enterprises in Qinghai Province currently still exist problems, such as research funding is limited and lack of highly qualified management and technical personnel, and innovation output is low-tech and innovation environment needs further optimization. Finally, this paper combining the reality of innovative enterprises in Qinghai province and aiming at the above problems proposes the corresponding measures such as strengthen innovation and improve the innovative output capacity and optimize the environment of innovation.
