Research On The Evaluation Of Innovation Ability Of Large Manufacturing Enterprises

Manufacturing industry is the basis of real economic development and an important pillar of the national economy.Manufacturing enterprises are in the main position in the manufacturing industry.Under the current economic environment,manufacturing industry is in the critical period of optimizing industrial structure,transforming development mode and adjusting growth momentum.The state,Guangdong Province and Guangzhou have put forward the strategic deployment of manufacturing industry development successively.Large manufacturing enterprises in Guangzhou are facing new opportunities and challenges,and upgrading their innovation capability has become large manufacturing enterprises.The inevitable choice for the industry to improve its market competitiveness.Taking large manufacturing enterprises as the research object,this paper constructs the innovation capability evaluation scale of large manufacturing enterprises in Guangzhou,and uses the survey data of large manufacturing enterprises in Guangzhou to make an empirical test,at the same time,it evaluates the innovation status of large manufacturing enterprises in Guangzhou.Specifically: Firstly,based on the research of experts and scholars at home and abroad,the concepts and evaluation methods of innovation and technological innovation are sorted out;secondly,the connotation and characteristics of large manufacturing enterprises are put forward,the concept and characteristics of innovation capability of large manufacturing enterprises are defined,and large manufacturing enterprises at home and abroad are summarized.The present situation of the innovation ability of industrial enterprises and the basic situation of Guangzhou manufacturing industry have put forward the reference and Enlightenment for the development of China's manufacturing industry.Thirdly,through the questionnaire survey,the sample situation of large manufacturing enterprises in Guangzhou has been sorted out and analyzed,the validity and reliability of the scale have been comprehensively analyzed,and the enterprises have been sorted out.Based on the theory of process view and innovation chain,exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis,the evaluation system of innovation capability of large manufacturing enterprises in Guangzhou is scientifically constructed and fully analyzed and verified.Finally,this paper evaluates the innovation capability from the perspectives of innovation dimension,secondary index and related combinations.Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the innovation capability of large manufacturing enterprises in Guangzhou,the countermeasures and suggestions for improving the innovation capability of large manufacturing enterprises in Guangzhou are put forward,and the research conclusions are summarized and prospected.
