The development of enterprises cannot without talent, how to make the talents for the enterprise, companies appear to prevent the brain drain is an issue that so many companies need to face up. Today, many companies have put forward in the development of "people-oriented" slogan,but rarely company have a management thinking and management methods in business, especially for some large state-owned enterprises, how to recognize the real the meaning of the slogan, let it not become meaningless, also the SOE managers worth thinking about.Research about an analysis of Lanzhou Power Supply Company brain drain phenomenon,this article is divided into seven chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, mainly to explain the background and significance of this research. The second chapter is literature review, describes the research status of domestic and foreign scholars on the issue of brain drain, and it existed before the Institute of shortcomings, and gives research methods and research objectives of this study. The third chapter is Lanzhou Power Supply Company Profile, a brief description of the basic situation and characteristics of human resources in this study Lanzhou Power Supply Company. Chapter IV is Lanzhou Power Supply Company turnover intention surveys and empirical analysis, mainly for the power company employees to leave Lanzhou intentions survey,this chapter include questionnaire design and collection of statistical results of the questionnaire and the final findings. Chapter V is Lanzhou Power Supply Company brain drain data analysis,mainly for the company’s current situation brain drain and questionnaire data analysis to identify the characteristics and causes of the brain drain Lanzhou Power Supply Company. Chapter VI is Lanzhou Power Supply Company brain drain Solutions, mainly aim at the power company in Lanzhou brain drain phenomenon given specify solution countermeasures. Chapter VII is conclusions and outlook, this chapter gives the conclusions of this study, but also indicate inadequate and prospects of this research.Though the brain drain phenomenon of Lanzhou Power Supply Company to started explore,research on the design of the questionnaire Lanzhou power company employee turnover intention to test, as well as brain drain in recent years combined data were analyzed to identify the existenceof the company brain drain characteristics, trends and the impact of factor. On this basis, the different levels of demand for the company’s employees were given the appropriate countermeasures, the company hopes to help solve the problem of brain drain. The research on the brain drain phenomenon Lanzhou power company more in-depth investigation and analysis, the company promoting the people-oriented management strategies worth learning, but also for other electricity companies to promote human resource management system has a certain reference value.
