Coal enterprise’s talent strategy formulation and implementation in our country is still in its infancy, the phenomenon of brain drain frequent, thus preventing the brain drain has become YK company’s top priority of the various departments at all levels. In this article, middleman is refers to the moral virtue in YK company, have a college degree and above, or have some kind of professional.and technical titles, and to contribute to the company’s personnel. Brain drain is refers to talent leaving voluntarily.This paper draws on the improvement of Price-Mueller (2000) model by the domestic scholars, then reassembled into departure model and design survey questionnaire in accordance with previous staff job satisfaction survey scale. Do the questionnaire investigation and use SPSS20.0 to recover the valid data for statistical analysis. Through principal component analyze the variable factors which affecting the brain drain; Through single factor analyze whether different individual situation can lead to the differences of process variables; Through correlation analyze the relationship between the variables and turnover intention.The following conclusions:8 variables such as the job satisfaction, can be explained which effect the brain drain; Different individual situation will lead to employees’different job satisfaction, organizational commitment, job search behavior and turnover intention; Job search behavior and other four variables are clearly correlation with employee turnover intentions. And put all the strength of the correlation degree between variables and turnover intention.
