The Research Of The Efficiency Evaluation And Improvememt Path Of Manufacturing Industry In Northeast Old Industrial Base

Manufacturing industry as the pillar industry of national economy in our country, is one of the leading sector and economic growth in China’s economic and social development. Automobile manufacturing and agricultural product processing industry of Northeast China occupies a pivotal position in the whole country. However, along with the development of modern science and technology, the traditional development model has been presented the different level disadvantages. In recent years, some problems have arisen, such as independent innovation ability insufficiency, high external dependency and international competitiveness is not strong. In 2003, our country put forward major strategic initiatives to prosper Northeast China, initiatives pointed out that Northeast China should integrate and strengthen the allocation of resources, the resources use efficiency, science and technology innovation level, and many other key links, in order to promote the revitalization of the northeast industry and the development of new industries. So it is especially important to evaluation the efficiency of the manufacturing industries of Northeast China.This paper from the following aspects researc hed the manufacturing efficiency of Northeast C hina:Firstly,analysis of manufacturing industry development background and present situation of Northeast C hina. With the development of science and technology and the progress of era, the traditional extensive development pattern caused the low production efficiency, low resource utilization and the mad enterprise management agencies, and so on. Need to improve production and development model.Secondly,through the efficiency evaluation of the 20 subdivision of manufacturing industry of Northeast China. Through efficiency evaluation we get the high, middle and low three levels of the manufacturing efficiency, to provide the reference for future resource integration and industry cluster development value.Thirdly, it can provide the development rout for manufacturing and the reference value and significance for Northeast China, through the evaluation of manufacturing efficiency and the analysis of the influence factors of efficiency.Finally, we put forward the development path for manufactur ing ind ustry of Northeast China from the perspective of industrial structure adjustment, industry layout and the innovation of Science and technology. At last, we identify the advantages and disadvantages industries of the three northeast provinces and provide the development countermeasure to the industry development according to the industrial cluster and the level of specialization.
