Research On The Development Strategy Of Machinery Processing Of Small And Medium-sized Enterprises In County Area

In recent years, the continued bleakness of the machine processing products market brings about continued to decline of small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs) in the county machinery processing production, which exposing the disconnection between production and marketing, product structure single, poor quality problem of a number of enterprises.all these questions has seriously affected the overall development of mechanical processing industry. In a market economy, the support of the government intervention plays an important role in the development of SMEs, which bring a variety of beneficial resources. Because of that, the government has formulated many preferential policies to help develop and relieve the pressure of SMEs. But, according to the field survey and previous research, we found that SMEs in the county machinery processing industry are still facing the severe question at this stage and the exposing problems are not solved.At present, the domestic and foreign scholars study of SME development countermeasures a dime a dozen, rich achievements. But few literatures refer to the countermeasures machining SMEs development, especially through the evaluation after the effects of policy implementation, to stand in the Angle of the government to study more scarce. Based on this, determines the research content of this article, mainly includes the following three aspects: first, described and analyzed for development state of mechanical processing type of SMEs, referring to appear stage of small and also refers characteristics and main points of SMEs in this stage. Secondly, by using ecological footprint model and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the implementation of the policy effect, analysis of the policy effects on the mechanical processing SMEs and the way of its influence. Ecological footprint calculation results show that the implementation of the policy increased the production of AMEs, and reduced the stress of the enterprise; Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation results show that the effect of the policy implementation in general upper level, the policy of external factors effect is relatively better than the effects on the internal factors. Finally, from the government perspective, according to the mechanical processing of SME present situation analysis, combining with the effect of policy evaluation, gives the countermeasures to further guide the development of SMEs from the enterprise level and industry level.In summary, based on the current development status of machining small and medium-sized enterprises, using the ecological footprint and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to analyze the utility of the policy, providing suggestions for the further development of the small and medium-sized enterprises, which has a strong practical significance.
