Ecotourism Development Strategy In Qinling Learn From Experience In The Canadian Rockies

Canadian Rockies and the Qinling Mountains are world-famous, but the Canadian Rockies are developed earlier and experienced. The eco-tourism coordinated with the environmental protection, and they have reached the stage of protecting the ecological integrity. The Qinling develop later and the development is extensive, currently in the stage of environmental protection. By using the Canadian Rockies eco-tourism development’s experience for reference, combined with actual situation of the Qinling Mountains, this paper use comparative studies, literature references, field research, cases studies and other methods to deeply analysis the eco-tourism development,and the eco-tourism development strategy is put forward.The thesis is divided into seven chapters. The first chapter is introduction. Based on the research background, purpose and significance, content and scope of research, the related concept is discriminated, researches comb is reviewed. The second chapter is comparability analysis. The reason why choose Canadian Rockies is elaborated, the similarity and differences of two mountains are analysied. The comparative framework of two mountains is specified,which lays the foundation of later compare and research. The third and forth chapter respectively introduce the development path of Canadian Rockies ecotourism and the current development situation of Qinling. The origins and values of ecotourism, stage and characteristics of development, the legislation policy and management of national park, the ecotourism product system, spatial pattern of ecotourism under regional scale and foundation division of national park under destination scale are combeded. In the fifth chapter, the development characteristic of Canadian Rockies and Qinling are compared and summarized. In the sixth chapter, based on former studies, the ecotourism development strategies of Qinling are proposed, namely improving legislative policy, creating the Qinling National Park, structuring the ecotourism product system. reconstructing "quad-core linkage, network island chain"; maintaining optimization of balanced function zoning. In the seventh chapter, the research and innovation are gereralized, the ecotourism development of Qinling are prospected.This innovation of this paper are: Firstly, summary of ecotourism development situation of Canadian Rockies, whose launch time is earlier than Qinling about 100 years. The ecotourism development of Canadian Rockies is currently in an advanced stage of balancing of healthy development of ecotourism and ecosystem protection. The spatial pattern is reasonable. The national park adopt five parks zoning approach combining conservation and utilization, Rockies national park as the core group. Secondly, the experience of Canadian Rockies is used for reference and the four strategies of Qinling ecotourism development are summarized.
