So, agricultural reform is imperative.Since the family farm appeared in the Central Document in 2013,family farm started to make experiments everywhere. As one of the family business model,Both the innovation of agricultural management systems and mechanisms, but also an important component form of the construction of modern agriculture. Family farm is of great significance for China’s agricultural development, it can help solve the "Who farming" problem, and attract those young people with higher cultural level of scientific farming knowledge to farm. In the economically underdeveloped areas, migrant workers are many, the agriculture of these areas is very disadvantaged, there are a variety of problems Promoting family farms in these areas, so it has practical significance for the study of family farm problem in underdeveloped areas.This article introduces the concepts and theories of family farms, and learns the experience of the development of domestic and foreign,uses the method combining practice survey with theory to research the family farms in F County Henan, learns the results in the development, analysis the problems in the construction process, in this reference, puts forward some Countermeasure about the development of family farms in underdeveloped areas, in order to achieve rapid and sustainable health of our agricultural development.
