The Research Of Qingdao S Enterprise’s Export Strategy

Since China joined the WTO, the automobile industry has rapidly developed. Auto parts industry also entered a period of rapid development, and export volume is increasing. How to seize opportunity, make steady increase in exports are export-oriented auto parts of enterprises faced. This is also why to choose auto parts industry in Qingdao S enterprise as research object.Qingdao S is an automobile brake system parts production and export oriented private enterprise. In the past few years, it has achieved good performance and its export trade volume is rising. However, with the development of Europe and America economy deceleration, domestic cost, these enable enterprises to export volume and profitability decline. In order to maintain the steady growth of export, enterprise urgently needs to integrate the export strategy and solve their problems to further increase the export business.This paper is consists of six chapters. The first chapter analyzes the purpose and the significance of this research. The second chapter mainly introduces the theory and research tools. Situation of S enterprise is summarized in chapter third, and foreign trade situation of S enterprise is analyzed, and then put forward the existing problem of export trade. The fourth chapter uses SWOT tool to carry on the analysis of the S enterprise foreign trade export. Finally, it draws the conclusion and ensures enterprise’s export strategy. The fifth chapter analyzes strategic planning on the export strategy, setting the strategic guideline, strategic principle, strategic target, strategic focus, and strategic stage division. The strategic implementation measures of export are also formulated. The sixth chapter is the conclusion part.
