Study On The Performance Evaluation System Of Petrochemical Enterprises

At present, petrochemical market is gradually opening up, and our petrochemical enterprises are faced with the increasing competition. Most of the petrochemical enterprises in China make use of financial indexes on enterprise performance evaluation, without combination enterprise business strategy goals and driven profit factors in the performance evaluation system, which can’t adapt to the increasingly fierce industry competition. Therefore, China petrochemical enterprise performance evaluation method needs to be improved.This article first introduces the research background and significance, then explains the domestic and foreign performance evaluation research, and illustrates the article research methods. Then the article introduces the related theories of performance evaluation and the balanced scorecard theory. The article analysis present situation and existing problems of performance evaluation of petrochemical enterprise, and introduces the necessity of the balanced scorecard theory which can improve the performance evaluation system. Then the article identifies performance evaluation system goals and principles, which based on the balanced scorecard theory. On the basis of explicit objectives, adhere to the principle, combining with the characteristics of petrochemical enterprise management, the article designs performance evaluation index on finance, customer, internal process, learning and growth. Then the paper uses the analytic hierarchy process to determine the index weight. Through calculation of the index data and the choice of treatment, evaluation standards and comprehensive scoring procedures, performance evaluation system for the petrochemical enterprises is established. Using C hina Petrochemical Corporation to apply in this paper, the design of petrochemical enterprise performance evaluation system is explained more specific and detailed. At the end of the article for petrochemica l enterprise performance evaluation, it summarizes the new way of thinking, and illustrates the disadvantages.
