Our country has a vast territory with rich tourists resources. With the sustained growth of economy and enhancement of national income level, our tourism has appeared an unprecedented change. Because the rapid development of our tourism industry, it has become an important industry in the national economy. And the tourist souvenirs as a high value-added tourism industry, in a certain extent its development determines the overall level of tourism development. In recent years tourism souvenir market also developed rapidly with the tourism industry.However, compared to the rapid development,ftourist souvernir market is weak in innovation and certainli l exists many problems.This article focuses on tourism souvenir industry problems in Tibetan tourism economic development. It designs characteristic of Tibet "doll" from these two perspectives : enhancement the tourist souvenir regional characteristics and innowation in maketing model. Through branding, series and characteristics of the "doll" souvenirs,it will combine Tibet Regional Culture and modern design. In another sentence, "doll" souvenirs highlight geographical and cultural characteristics in a visual form.The first part of this paper mainly includes the research meaning and purpose, research contents and methods, present situation in China and abroad and the innovation.Through the literature analysis, observation, interview, case study, the status of comparative methods in China and abroad,it explains the research meaning and purpose. Its breakthrough pointis in the analysis status of Tibet tourism souvenirs and the cultural connotation which explores that the characteristics of Tibetan culture is the foundation and core of the tourist souvenirs. Additionally, innovation makes characteristic of Tibet "doll" tourist souvenirs become tourist products with unique charm.The second part of the paper expounds the characteristic of Tibet "doll" tourist souvenirs and sales model. "Doll" is a cultural symbol of Tibet characteristics and Tibetan costumes cultural image. Objectively,it studies the sell model of Tibet "doll" which can cater to the needs of tourists from the double mode of solid and network sales.The third part analysis Tibet "doll" tourist souvenirs contains the geographical characteristics of the classification and cultural symbols, reflection of cultural symbols and significance of applying cultural symbols. Morphology, color and texture of Tibetan cultural characteristics embodies not only in enhancing the geographical attributes and cultural heritage of tourist souvenir,but also it positively spreads the Tibet ethnic cultural characteristics.The fourth part is the feasibility research and analysis of Tibet "doll" tourist souvenirs design. It mainly consists of sales stage research, service population analysis and promoting new consumption. Sales of souvenirs for Tibet attributes to time,especially distinct seasonal. In order to meet the needs of local resident and low problem of off-season sales, I suppose to seriesly launch daily necessities. At the same time, different age groups for tourist souvenirs consumption also has a different requirements.The fifth part of this paper is characteristic of Tibet "doll" tourist souvenirs-- "Tibetan trace design practice. It shows “Zang Ji” series of tourism souvenirs in design requirements, theme, image, series, product packaging research and exploration in the form of pictures.
