The contradiction between man and land and the inefficiency of land management are two major issues that need to be resolved in rural society. The transfer of farmers land as a transfer of property rights of land resources can help rural idle land “live” through land transfer, maximize the utilization of rural land resources, and accelerate the development of agricultural modernization.Nowadays,non-agricultural employment of farmers has become a trend.More and more farmers have left their homes and started to transfer non-agricultural labor. They have left the countryside where agriculture is the basic survival material and entered the city.In the case of different labor skills, cultural literacy, and social living environment adaptability,in the face of the diversification of urban employment positions, farmers' employment choices have also produced differences. This differential result is directly reflected in income, position, and non-agricultural work time, and thus the phenomenon of farmers' occupational differentiation.According to the degree of differentiation,it is divided into pure agricultural farmers,part-time farmers, and pure non-agricultural farmers. These three have different effects on the willingness and behavior of participating in land transfer. From the current development trend, the phenomenon of farmers occupational differentiation has become more and more obvious, andrural land circulation has become more frequent. Therefore, the study on the impact of farmers' occupational differentiation on land transfer is based on the background of national macro-policies.It is conducive to deepening the relationship between farmers' occupational differentiation and land transfer under the guidance of policy guidance, and promoting the standardization of rural land.circulation.Based on the investigation of Yangzhong Town in Ningde City, this paper conducts interviews and questionnaires on the occupational differentiation and land transfer of 271 local farmers, and links them to the theoretical relationship.Through descriptive statistical analysis of the data, using stata Cross-sectional test,it is concluded that the occupational differentiation of farmers has a correlation with the willingness to transfer land and the behavior of land transfer. The logistic model is used to empirically study the influencing factors of land transfer willingness and land transfer behavior of farmers with different occupational differentiation degree. The land transfer willingness and land transfer behavior are modeled respectively, and the empirical determination of farmers' occupational differentiation on land transfer willingness and Relevant factors affecting land transfer behavior. The research shows that pure agricultural farmers,part-time farmers and pure non-agricultural farmers have significant positive effects on land transfer willingness and land transfer behavior, and different farmers' occupational differentiation have different land transfer willingness and behavior.Affect the effect and there are differences. After the analysis of the model results,it is concluded that the occupational differentiation of farmers has a significant impact on the willingness of land transfer, and it has a significant impact on the age, education level,non-agricultural employment skills, and the number of family agricultural labors. The occupational differentiation of farmers also has a significant impact on land transfer behavior, which is manifested in many aspects such as the age of the farmers, the level of education, the skills of non-agricultural employment, and the geographical location of the land.Based on the analysis of the conclusions of the specific impacts of the occupational differentiation of farmers in Yangzhong Town on the land transfer behavior and the willingness to transfer,in order to promote the orderly circulation of rural land, help farmers achieve professionalization and promote the standardization of rural land circulation,First of all,we must start from the farmers themselves, first of all,to carry out vocational skills training for different types, and constantly improve the professional level of farmers' professional differentiation and improve the work level.Starting from the national policy,we must build an integrated social security and rural land laws and regulations, standardize the system, and work together to promote the professional development of farmers and the efficient use of rural land.
