Logistics industry is an emerging, dynamic and challenging industry, which is the sunrise industry of the 21st century. The logistics will become the modern service industry of giving the basic power to the civil economy at the high jumping-off point and bringing revolutionary far-reaching influence to the integrative global economy. At present the logistics industry grows fast but a series of limiting factors. and the HRM is the key point. Especially after the accession to the WTO, a large number of foreign logistics enterprises come to China with a fierce tendency, at the same time,around the rise of the private logistics enterprises also get a great development.With the state-owned logistics enterprises, the three parts of them are the main kinds. Employee's job satisfaction means a kind of attitude or feeling about each aspect of theirjob. It is important to Hunan International Economics University as well. Based on enhancing the employee satisfaction it is a exploratory research for setting up a systemic HRM mechanism to inspirit every employee on mobilizing their enthusiasm and creativity to achieve the targets of the state-owned logistics enterprises.According to a large amount of Chinese and English documental data, On the research methods, follow the principle of the theory and practice combined,the combining of macro-analysis and micro-analysis, using a combination of qualitative and quantitative, statistical analysis and case analysis methods.Take Chongqing National Container Logistics CO., LTD as the research sample, We use questionnaires to collect date, with retrieval of 221 effective surveys. We analyze these data with the methods of description statistics analysis, factor analysis, reliability and validity analysis, and the multiple regression analysis etc. And then analyse the detail relationship between each factors and the whole satisfaction as well as the varety of staff satisfaction on each fator in the term of the population characteristic variable.Based on the results of the analysis of these factors,this study set combined with the currently the status quo of human resource management analysis of Chongqing National Container Logistics CO., LTD and the use of human resource management theory to improve employee satisfaction,give three principles which based on human resource management: the principle of people-oriented, the principle of paying attention to committed, the principle of concerning for the career development. Under the guidance of the three principles, give the human resources management means of state-owned logistics enterprises.
