Research On Operation Of Logistics Service Supply Chain Integration Under Demand Uncertainty

With the rapid development of e-commerce,logistics service demand is gradually showing the characteristics of rapid reaction,function integration,organization network and marketing.In order to effectively meet customers'uncertainty demand,logistics service provider(LSP)began to integrate repeat and idle logistics resources.By strengthening horizontal and vertical integration among different enterprises,the new management mode of resource-saving and service integration was gradually established.According to features of LSP,LSP were divided into function logistics service provider(FLSP)and logistics service integrators(LSI).The logistics service supply chain(LSSC)system with FLSP and LSIs was the research object.The theories of resources basic,ability outsourced theory and contract were applied.From the perspective of the number of logistics service capability,this research mainly along the way from the vertical to the horizontal and the overall to the part.The main contents and conclusions were as follows:(1)Research on the decision-making strategy of LSSC in the wholesale price contract and credit payment under demand uncertainty.For the system composed of one single FLSP and single LSI,when there was the shortage loss and the salvage value surplus of logistics service capability,the decision-making model of FLSP and LSI under the wholesale price contract were set up.The transfer effects of shortage loss in LSSC were studied.Then the decision model with the credit period was established,and the coordination mechanism of revenue sharing and opportunism loss sharing was designed,which could effectively realize the coordination of LSSC.(2)Research on the vertical decision-making of LSSC under Price-and-Time Sensitive Demand.When the retail price from LSI in the sales cycle could be changed,the LSSC model under price and time sensitive demand was developed.The procurement model of LSI with single opportunity and two opportunities was discussed,and four kinds of strategy under two procurement mode were designed respectively.For FLSP,strategies with compensation and wholesale price discount were better,and the profit of the single-stage purchasing mode is better than the revene of two-stage procurement;For LSI,strategies without compensation and without wholesale price discount were better,and the revenue of two-stage procurement mode is superior to the income of single-stage procurement mode.(3)Research on integration decision-making strategy of LSI based on capacity reservation.The capacity reservation model of LSI was established based on capacity sharing.Results were as follows:the capacity reservation mode was better than only using the capacity sharing model adopted by LSI.In the capacity reservation model,the leading LSI tended to reduce the procuring amount of logistics service capacity from FLSP,and reserved a certain amount from the following LSI at the lower price.However,the following LSI tended to increase the procuring amount of logistics service capacity from FLSP,and sold a certain amount to the leading LSI at the greater price.Capacity reservation could also increase the sales and profits of FLSP,leading to the overall optimization of logistics service supply chain.(4)Research on the joint operation decision-making of FLSP of different transportation modes in regions.Three FLSP with the large truck-operationg,the small truck-operating and the railway-operating were viewed as the research object.By the introduction of Logit Utility Function,decision models of different cooperation situations from them were established,and the sensitivity of customer surplus,social welfare and related parameters were analyzed.The results as follows:cooperation with any FLSP is better than independent decision-making;From the perspective of FLSP,cooperation between FLSP with the large truck-operationg and the railway-operating was the optimal decision;However,from the angle of customers and society,cooperation between FLSP with the large truck-operationg and the small truck-operating was the optimal decision.At the same time,the sensitivity analysis of key parameters showed that the change of market size effect coefficient,utility coefficient and market demand coefficient were not influencing the optimal decision-making behavior of FLSP,customers and society.The benefits,customer surplus and social welfare were the concave function of the scale effect,and they are increasing function of the utility coefficient and market demand coefficient.(5)The relational governance and opportunism behavior in horizontal alliances among LSP based on the perspective of formal control.Based on the survey data of 124 questionnaires from LSP,this paper studies the effects of relational governance and formal control on managing opportunism behavior respectively and their interactions by adopting the Latent Moderated Structural Equations.Findings are as follows:trust,commitment,formal control and output control can effectively curb the occurrence of opportunistic behavior,while the negative influence of joint action on opportunism behavior is not significant, opportunism behavior has a significant negative influence on alliance performance.Process control weaken the role of trust and commitment to reduce the opportunism behavior,output control is to strengthen the role of trust,commitment and joint action to reduce opportunism behavior.
