Robot is one of the greatest inventions worldwide, this technology is an effective substitute for human labor, which greatly releases the labor force. With the development of economy also science and technology, the robot has been more and more extensive to be used. Recent years, China has been focusing on the research of robot technology, and has given great support from finance and tax revenue. And there has been a number of robot research & development and manufacturing. China is the most populous country in the world, so its market is very broad, but for the robot enterprises, they must think about how to develop their business? The key is to do a good job in the marketing of robot products, especially for customers group. It is the key what this paper wants to say.This paper goes as six parts below:There are six sections in this article, first, from the macro environment, market environment, and the market outlook, AR robot company marketing environment is analyzed in detail, at the same time, on the basis of group clients marketing, relationship marketing, industrial marketing and consumer behavior theory, further expounds the AR marketing situation of industrial robot products of the company group clients.And with the industry marketing situation of major competitors. Secondly, through the interview method summarized AR company major marketing problems: including the marketing concept, marketing model, the customer loyalty management, marketing team management problems. Again through SWOT and PEST method analyzed strengths, weaknesses, challenges and opportunities of AR brand machine’s customer marketing that exist in the marketing;in current political, economic, cultural, technology environment with comprehensive overview. By the method of questionnaire, the main group clients do a customer satisfaction survey, the main factors influencing the big customer consumption were analyzed.Fourth, by changing the marketing concept, the implementation of the product optimization strategy, price and marketing strategy, to enhance the overall value of the relationship marketing strategy. And safeguard measures of group clients marketing implementation are put forward. Finally, this paper summarizes research content, clear in this paper, the research conclusion, and put forward in this paper, we study the deficiency.
