| With the rapid economic development, the competition becomes more and more intense between manufacturing enterprises, how to maintain its competitiveness in the industry has been studying.In this paper, put F enterprises metal processing workshop as an example, F enterprises in metal processing workshop layout are introduced with the angle of lean production, and analysis the production process flow of the processing workshop deeply, collecting field data, information, found that there are some station distribution of staff is not uniform, the logistics route is too long, the production cost is too higher problem of F enterprises metal processing workshop production process. According to the metal processing workshop existing situation and problems before production, this paper analysis and study F enterprise metal processing workshop manufacturing process using value stream method. From calculating Value added time and value-added time of the entire production process, discovered the value added time the whole process of production ratio is relatively low. Then further analysis to the whole workshop, using the fish bone diagram method, ISM analysis method that leads to the non value added time are the main factors to increase the body too much, division of labor is not reasonable and the mechanical arm to wait. Combined with the main impact factors of non value added time, clear overall improvement planning ideas, analysis of improvement, and make corresponding improvement scheme, determine the improvement target. Finally on the improvement scheme and the improved benefit analysis.This paper analysis F enterprise whole metal processing workshop production process through the method of value stream, put forward to the production workshop process improvement project, which can provide theoretical support including reduce waste, improve production efficiency,and reduce production costs for the F enterprises. |
