Study On Supplier Evaluation And Selection Of The Coal Group In China Under The Environment Of Supply Chain

Coal occupies an important position in China’s energy consumption structure, about seventy percent energy consumption is coal, the coal resources in China is mainly produce by a few coal group. China’s coal industry group gradually embarked on a standardized, professional development after transforming, due to administrative background, the degree of marketization of the supply chain and supplier management is not high. The coal industry purchasing large quantity, variety materials related to production safety, and directly related to life and property, so the scientific and reasonable evaluation and selection of suppliers is very important for the coal industry group.Based on the study of supply chain and supplier relationship management, and considering the characteristics of coal group chain and the supplier of the supplier, we use qualitative and quantitative method to carries out the research on the classification and selection of coal group. In this paper, first we discuss the related theory of supply chain and supplier selection, and consider the coal industry particularity is different from other industry, and constructs the supply chain model of coal group, provides a theoretical basis for the selection of supply chain of coal group supplier; Second analyzes the current situation of coal group supplier management, classify the coal group suppliers according to the characteristics of coal group; by using the AHP analytic hierarchy process and TOPSIS method to build the evaluation index system and evaluation model, using MATLAB software to realize the calculation of the model, so as to realize the optimization of supplier selection; finally use H coal group as an example of empirical research, the actual application of AHP is expounded in detail and TOPSIS composite evaluation proposed choice model in supplier evaluation and selection of coal in the group. The results show that the method considering the actual demand of the coal group which is convenient to calculation, the results is in accord with the actual situation, and it’s much more convenient and better to select suppliers of coal group.The material procurement of coal industry is complex, the demand for materials directly related to the safety of production, life and property. Therefore, scientific and reasonable selection of suppliers of coal group is particularly significant. To build a compound evaluation model of supplier selection strategy choose method under the environment of supply chain is according to need, seek truth from facts principle, and it’s good for reducing work burden of coal group procurement personnel, ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the enterprise production operation system.
