However, with the development of corn processing industries domestic and abroad, primary products excess capacity, industrial structure contradiction. Many corn processing industry enterprises gradually get into trouble. Changchun Dahe Bio-Technology Company Limited is Global Bio-chem Technology Group Company Limited’s subsidiary, which established in 2003, Its products include amino acids, corn starch, corn gluten meal, corn oil, corn germ cake, and mainly used in feed industry. With the development of corn processing industries, production capacity of the enterprise had been rised, became the country’s leading corn processing enterprises. However, under the influence of many factors, the entire industry is in trouble, Dahe Company business conditions deteriorating, there have been long discontinued, severe shortage of cash flow, and even on the verge of bankruptcy. The government have to subscribe new shares to helps Dahe Company.In the new situation, Dahe Company need practical strategies to be adopted for the future management and development. To study Dahe Company’s strategies is worthily. In order to study the strategy of the company, first, the author introduced the development of strategic management theory, the related concept and main analysis tool. Secondly, analyzing the external environment of the company by learning the situation of corn processing industry and using PEST analysis and Porter’s Five Forces. Thirdly, visiting the Company and the group to get the data of the company, discussing with the workers about the development of the industry and the company to know the company’s internal environment, like production management, human resources and enterprise culture, and using Porter’s Value Chain Model. Fourthly, using SWOT analysis to choose the management strategy. Finally, finding the implementation and guarantees of the strategy. I hope this thesis can provide reference for corn processing enterprises like Dahe company. |
