The Study On The Agricultural Investment And Operation Model For Chinese(Yunnan) Enterprises Going To Laos

Laos has abundant agricultural resources, humanities, and excellent social and cultural environment. Laotian government attaches great importance to the introduction of foreign capital. As we all know, agriculture is not only its supportive industry but also has been one of the hot spot of foreign investment. In Yunnan province, it actively participate in regional economic and agricultural investment cooperation, to explore the reasonable and effective pattern of agricultural investment with the combination of national peace the development the new normal and the unique geographical location advantages.As Chinese(Yunnan) agricultural enterprises participate more frequently in Laos agricultural cooperation, Chinese growth of investment in agriculture for Laos has rapidly developed. On the one hand, Laos has developed the quality of its goods. Commercialization and market awareness also have developed. Infrastructure and information technology have also developed. On the other hand, the enterprise investment, the farmers planting management and community management driven by the interests of the market are becoming stronger. So, investment also brings Laos community and farmers some potential and negative influences.In this paper, the author visited the northern Laos by herself, interviews with nine enterprises in Laos’ s investment in agriculture of China(Yunnan). By referring to the related literature and data, the writer analyses the investment situation in China(Yunnan) businesses related to Laos agricultural. From the perspective of China(Yunnan) enterprise and Laos society(government and community members), this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of five kinds of investments in production and business operation mode, pointing out that China(Yunnan) which are in Laos investment in agriculture should be timely selected and fixed. In addition, put forward the “‘1 + 4’ model ”choice.Not only should China(Yunnan) enterprises choose "going out" model, but also they are supposed to adjust the production and operation mode of "walk into". As a result, we should walk out a win-win road, which can combine economic, social and environmental benefits and make better allocation between the two markets and two kinds of resources.
