At present, service-oriented society and service-oriented corporate culture are advocated by more and more people. Academic circles, in recent years, have been paying more and more attention to the study of servant leadership. Based on this, we will further study servant leadership. Reviewing the literature, we found that many previous researchers studied the effect of servant leadership on subordinate behavior from individual level, but few studied its mechanism of action from team level and cognitive perspective. Based on social learning theory and trickle-down model, this study explores the problems that servant leadership is how to affect group-level organization citizenship behavior(GOCB)by trickle-down effect. At the same time, we regards supervisor’s servant leadership as a mediation variable and supervisor’s power distance and team’s power distance climate as two moderation variables. Among them, top manager’s servant leadership is from supervisor’s perception, and supervisor’s servant leadership is from team member’s perception.The paper adopts the variable scale from international authoritative journal, and collects data through the form of questionnaire survey. The sample of this study is from service industry. They are 73 head nurses and 488 nurses investigated in three hospitals from Shanghai, Jiangsu and Guangdong. With the help of SPSS20.0 software and AMOS17.0 software, this article uses behavioral science research methods to verify the reliability and validity of data and have an aggregation test. And we verify five hypotheses of the study through multiple regression analysis method.Research data shows that: top manager’s servant leadership can promote the generation of supervisor’s servant leadership; supervisor’s servant leadership has a positive effect on GOCB; supervisor’s servant leadership plays a role of mediation effect between top manager’s servant leadership and GOCB; supervisor’s power distance plays a negative moderation role between top manager ’s and supervisor’s servant leadership. However, that team’s power distance climare plays a moderation role between supervisor’s servant leadership and GOCB doesn’t get the support of validation data. This study perfects servant leadership theory, and has strong reference significance for enterprise human resources management practice.
