Evolution Of Chinese Enterprise Internationalization Path And Its Impact On Business Performance Of Empirical Study

In 2014, Chinese foreign investment is the first time more than the foreign investment scale, become a net exporter of capital. The introduction of foreign capital, export oriented economic development pattern has appeared significant change. Chinese foreign investment enterprises show a booming trend. Based on this environment, more and more enterprises to "go out China", Chinese enterprise’s own ability to choose a reasonable choice of internationalization path for enterprise development based on it is particularly important, the foreign direct investment choice gradual or leapfrog internationalization strategy has become the enterprise to think about.Based on the literature review, this paper constructs the theoretical framework of the evolution path of the internationalization of enterprises from the two dimensions of the breadth and depth of internationalization, to discuss the evolution of their ability to choose the investment area, the way and the path based on Chinese enterprise. Secondly, we selected 3 Chinese enterprise internationalization path different, comparative analysis of their internationalization process.Based on the analysis of theory and cases, due to the ability of their own will affect its internationalization strategy in a certain extent the choice further affect the performance of enterprises overseas. This paper discusses enterprise specific advantage three aspects of enterprise scale advantage, technology advantage and international business experience, whether it will affect the international strategy choice and the impact on business performance. Egression empirical test of 65 enterprises in China investment, results show that the small and medium-sized private enterprises more suitable to leapfrog strategy of internationalization, the level of Research and Development investment, enterprise internationalization experience of enterprise internationalization path does not significantly influence. That international experience and knowledge of the market gradually accumulate does not hinder enterprises overseas investment across strategy.At the micro level, Chinese enterprises should be a reasonable choice for their own development path of internationalization, through R & D investment, international experience accumulated gradually to improve the performance of enterprises operating overseas. At the macro level, the Chinese government should increase the support for Chinese enterprises for financial companies and on the Research and development policy guidance and encouragement.
