An Study On The Relationship Between Quanzhou Enterprise Clulture And Perforemance

A lot of enterprises begin to pay close attention to gradually produced the important influence of corporate culture, the research results show that the enterprise culture is an important part of enterprise competitive advantage. It is because of this, the research of enterprise culture concrete elements and the relationship between the corporate performance, as a corporate culture research of a kind of direction, very valuable.At home and abroad, the author of this paper about the relationship between corporate culture and corporate performance research literature review, through on-site interviews, questionnaire survey method, such as local enterprises in quanzhou has carried on the related research. Compiled in accordance with cultural characteristics of the local enterprises in quanzhou, the questionnaire, combined with factor analysis and regression analysis method, extraction of quanzhou seven factors of enterprise culture, values and effective strength, team oriented, employee orientation, customer oriented, innovation oriented, social responsibility, system specification, and the performance of the two factors: the growth performance and profitability performance. Then on the basis of these, to discuss the relationship between corporate culture and performance of quanzhou, and found that the various factors and the performance of enterprise culture factors have strong correlation between the performance of the two factors between different cultural factors have different degree of influence. Then using stepwise multiple regression analysis, two regression equation on the relationship between corporate culture and performance. Finally, the use of the theory and empirical analysis conclusion, enterprise culture construction measures are proposed in quanzhou enterprises, and the outlook for the future research direction and content.
