With the help of spss20.0 statistical analysis software, based on the statistical analysis of the questionnaire to obtain information, descriptive analysis, validity, reliability testing,validation of questionnaire reliability, validity, using factor analysis factor analysis of the data,get the construction unit project manager competency of five first grade indexes, and corresponding components of competence indicators at the second level, the level indicators and secondary indicators eventually forms competency model.The competency model establishment of the construction enterprise project manager position, get the evaluation index of the project manager, the selection of project manager in the future evaluation provides theoretical basis, has a certain reference value.
