In recent years, the gradual maturity and development of ICT technology, is gradually affecting all aspects of social life. With the emergence of new technology such as RFID and Cloud Computing, many great changes have taken place in many industries’ environment. The width and depth of using ICT in enterprise operation and management is strengthening step by step. China is the world’s largest apparel production base and consumer market.In the modern ICT environment, in order to adapt to the market development, apparel industry is gradually changing the traditional development thought and model, promoting ability of clothing production and marketing. To explore the change and trend of development of apparel industry ecosystem will provide certain reference and guidance significance for apparel enterprises in the future development.Through qualitative research methods, this research analyzes the apparel industry’s Business Ecosystem and its Business Model in the modern ICT environment. Through Internet channels to collect the news, research and other related information about Zara、Uniqlo、Heilan and other seven clothing enterprises. Based on the Classical Grounded Theory, through substantive coding for data analysis, finally refined the 59 related concepts and 14 major categories. By further combing the relations between the various concepts and categories. customer value proposition as the core category, theoretical coding for each category, obtained the apparel industry’s hierarchical model of the Business Ecosystem in the modern ICT environment, and on this basis to build its Business Model.This paper finally reveals the change of apparel industry’s Business Ecosystem mainly embodied in the progress of the technology environment, the change of the target market and the entrance of all kinds of platform enterprises. Its Business Model innovation, is mainly due to the various clothing enterprise rethink the production mode, marketing mode and the customer relations based on customer value proposition with the support of ICT technology, explains the different with traditional thinking, and on this basis to give some suggestions to the clothing enterprise in commercial activities. In the background of modern ICT environment, based on business ecosystem and apparel industry business model, this research analysis the data of several typical clothing enterprises,research the apparel industry’s consists of member as well as the relationship between them, it is positive significance to guide the clothing enterprise business practices and the follow-up study.
